DaVinci Resolve 18 really opens the door to a true cloud collaboration workflow without the need for a paid subscription. Now days Windows has Snip & Sketch, but I keep forgetting to use it. For all advanced features, such as multiple GPU support, you need the DaVinci Resolve 18 Studio version, which is available for 295. I've been using this technique for at least 25 years with many different programs. When I've needed to export a still, I've just made sure the video playback size is as large as possible pressed the Print Screen button, pasted into PhotoShop and cropped and resized. Refer to the graphics card and/or monitor descriptions to see supported cable type. Please point me in the right direction if I'm missing something.
